Wouldn't you agree with that ?I have been strictly an Investor the past 10 years buying REO properties,HUD Homes, foreclosures, banked owned, auction,and any under market or motivated seller I could find. The comeback has began I have noticed it picking up speed daily should we be weary. Whenever I see a pattern of multiple offers I start having flashbacks of the Housing Bust! Slow down people or they will slow us down slow and steady is the way I like to get it ! I always say let me know your thoughts people!
